Problem

The website of Sharjah International Airport is severely outdated, lacking compliance with contemporary design standards. Its antiquated layout and obsolete visual components contribute to a subpar user experience, resulting in diminished engagement.

The convoluted navigation system complicates information retrieval, causing frustration among users seeking prompt access to relevant details.

Furthermore, the site’s lack of mobile responsiveness exacerbates usability challenges, further disenfranchising individuals accessing the platform via smartphones and tablets.

Approach

Sharjah International Airport will undergo a comprehensive redesign to modernize the website, aligning it with current standards.

By implementing a visually appealing design with clean layouts, intuitive navigation menus, and engaging graphics, we aim to enhance usability and satisfaction. Mobile responsiveness is essential to cater to users across various devices, ensuring seamless browsing experiences.

Additionally, a virtual map feature has been introduced to assist users in navigating the airport premises, enhancing their overall experience.

Through iterative improvements based on user feedback, we will ensure that the redesigned website delivers a superior user experience, ultimately improving effectiveness in serving passengers and visitors.
